We offer a unique dining experience, featuring an exquisite 8-course tasting menu on Friday and Saturday evenings, showcasing seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. On Sundays, we transition to a relaxed, casual service open to the public. We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean, professional, and supportive work environment.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team for the 2025 season. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and thoroughly wash all dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware.

  • Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, adhering to all sanitation and safety standards.

  • Assist with basic kitchen tasks as needed, such as taking out trash and recycling.

  • Support the kitchen team in maintaining a smooth workflow.

  • Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude.

  • Assist in light food prep when needed.

Opportunities for Growth:

  • Gain hands-on experience in a professional kitchen setting.

  • Additional hours may be available through participation in various property and farm-related tasks, such as gardening, grounds maintenance, or assisting with special events.

Schedule:

  • 24-30 hours per week, primarily on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

  • Late May - Mid October

Qualifications:

  • Reliable and punctual.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work well as part of a team.

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Previous dishwashing experience is a plus, but not required.
